How do you determine the price of a customized pin or product?
The main factors that affect the price of each project are its size, quantity, style, and the number of colors used.

How do you determine the size of a pin?
The size is determined by either the height or width of a pin, whichever measurement is greater. In the case of a round product, the diameter will be used.
Is there a minimum requirement on the number of pins or products that I can order?
We recommend a minimum production quantrity of 300.
What different pin and merchandise styles are available?
Please refer to the Gallery section of our site for detailed descriptions of the many different lapel pin styles and product types we offer.
Is there a limit to the number of colors I can use when creating a pin?
We generally recommend a maximum of 12 colors. We can exceed this, however, there may be additional cost.
How long does it take to make a pin?
The average production time is 4 to 6 weeks after the artwork has been finalized. Production periods may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of a design.
Can you make a sample pin before finalizing my order?
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes we do.
Are there any additional fees associated with rush orders?
Our studio does not charge any extra for rush design work; however, there may be additional costs for expedited shipping. These costs are factored into the final quote.
I do not have a pin or product design. Can PinCraft help me to develop a design?
Yes, our talented in-house creative team would love to help you bring your ideas to life.
Do you offer any sort of customer satisfaction guarantee?
Our team takes great care in working closely with our clients through every step of the design process to ensure complete satisfaction. We welcome partner feedback from the sketch stages, to final artwork, to producing merchandise samples for review so that we can confidently deliver products held to the highest standards of quality.

What file types do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector-based art such as .ai and .eps files, since all final artwork needs to be vectorized for our factories. Don’t have vector art? No problem! We can take whatever you do have and convert it as needed.
